Perfect balance of articleship work and exam preparation helped CA second ranker

Nitin Jain, a 22-year-old from Khatauli in Muzzaffarnagar, UP is the first from his district to top the CA Final exam. Jain has secured the second rank in his first attempt at the exam.
Explaining his single-minded determination to become a CA, Nitin tells, “I appeared for my board exams in March 2017. Immediately thereafter, I joined a three-month coaching in Meerut. In June 2017, I appeared for and cleared the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). Post that, self-study helped me clear my CA intermediate level 1 exam in May 2018 and level 2 in November 2018.”
Nitin belongs to a family of four, including his parents and younger sister. Fond of playing cricket, Jain dedicated his Sundays to the game. However, in the four months preceding the final exam, watching movies in the treasured break time was his only means of having a change.
